Shipping Information

Orders received at Tool Outfitters will be shipped the same business day if ordered before 2 pm EST. I ship all of my orders using United Parcel Service, however if the product you order requires a truck shipment because of it's size or weight I will send your order via a major national freight carrier.

So that I may offer my customers the industry's lowest prices, Tool Outfitters requires a minimum product order of $30.00 (shipping/tax not included). A $6.00 handling fee will be charged for orders less than $30.00.

NOTE: To be brutally honest, if you are here to purchase items that cost less than $30.00 then Tool Outfitters is not the store for you.  The shipping and handling fees would be just as much, if not more, than the cost of the product.  I do not control the cost of shipping nor the handling fee.  There seems to be a misconception whereas customers think that the cost is purposely inflated via shipping and handling but it only seems that way for the low subtotal orders.

NOTE: If you would like to estimate you shipping cost, simply go to the "View Cart" page after you have selected your item(s), and enter your state and zip code at the bottom of your list and select "Estimate".

Orders Totaling Under $495.00:

Orders are shipped via UPS within the 50 Contiguous United States and the shipping charges are calculated automatically through UPS depending on weight.

Orders Totaling $495.00 or More:

To receive free shipping on your order it must meet these requirements:

• Your order must be placed through this web site.
• Your order must have a product subtotal over $495.00.
• Your order is shipping via standard UPS to a single address within the 50 Contiguous United States.
• Any air shipments, oversize, overweight, or COD fees are additional.
• You Must Select "Order Over $495 = Free Ship" from the shopping carts shipping options list.
• This offer may not be combined with any other discounts.

Orders Totaling Over $1095.00:

If your order from Tool Oufitters totals over $1095.00 (products only), you will receive free shipping on all items that ship to a location within the 50 Contiguous United States via Standard UPS or Truck. This offer may not be combined with any other discounts. Lift gate charges are additional.

Truck Shipments:

On all orders which require truck shipment please contact me for an accurate quote on delivery charges. Average truck shipment charges are shown in the chart below.

*Truck Shipment Liftgate Charge: Unless you have the means to unload from a semi-trailer truck (via a forklift or loading dock), a liftgate truck will be required. Liftgate charges are additional to truck shipment charges. These charges approximate $75.00.

International Orders

I currently ship directly to any destination within the 50 United States, including to any freight forwarding company or port within these territories.
