Ordering Online Using My Shopping Cart

At Tool Outfitters I offer an easy-to-use "shopping cart" ordering experience. You can browse for products by clicking on the "Tools By Category" or "Tools By Manufacturer" links in the navigation panel located on the left. Products will display sorted by part number.

You may also search for an item by entering the part number or a short description of the item in the "Search" box. You may even select a specific category to search in. (Hint: If you enter a description, start with a simple keyword, such as plier or wrench, to display the widest selection of products that meet your requirements.) If your first search is not successful try using the "Advanced Search" function to refine your query.

When you see something that you would like to buy just enter the quantity you want of that item in the appropriate box. Then just continue browsing on the displayed page, entering quantities for items that you want as you see them. To add the selected products to your shopping cart just click the "Add to Cart" button.

You can check the total for your order instantly by clicking the "Cart" button. This will show all items that you have selected and added to your cart. Each item will display the product number (SKU), description, quantity, price each, and total price by item as well as total order value.

NOTE: If you would like to estimate you shipping cost, simply go to the "View Cart" page after you have selected your item(s), and enter your state and zip code at the bottom of your list and select "Estimate".

To complete your order once you have finished selecting and adding products to your cart, just click the "Checkout" button. This will start the checkout process where you will enter billing and shipping information, and payment method. I will automatically send an order confirmation to you at the email address that you provide, and your order will be processed and shipped the next business day.

NOTE: Most of the products that show "Out of stock" are products that are dropped shipped from the manufacturer and are not physically in inventory. That is the reason that I need to be contacted so that I can assist in the transaction process.

Your business is always appreciated at Tool Outfitters, and every customer is important to me. Each order placed with me is handled in a quick and efficient manner. Orders are processed for next business day shipment. At this time I accept orders for shipment to a destination within the 50 United States.

I take pride in the efficient manner in which I process each order sent to Tool Outfitters. There may be occasions however, such as limited product availability from the manufacturer, that after receipt of an order I determine that I cannot fulfill your requirements. In these instances I reserve the right to supply less than the quantity ordered of an item, or to cancel an order in it's entirety. I make this reservation without prejudice to any individual or company. I will always act fairly and in the best interest of all of my valued customers.

Payment Terms

I accept, VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card, and American Express. Payments will be processed through PayPal. Whether you have a PayPal account or not, you can make your payment through PayPal's secure payment processing.
